Kenilworth Arts & Cultural Hub

Phillip Daffara was engaged by the Kenilworth Arts Council to assist them in scoping the project brief for the proposed:

• Mary River Interpretative Pavilion + Trail, and
  
• Kenilworth Arts and Cultural Hub

Services included site analysis, strategic planning/project visioning with stakeholders and conceptual design with a strong emphasis on integrating art opportunities within placemaking.

Project Deliverables achieved:

• Project Management Plan;
• Site Analysis Plan;
• Project Visioning Workshop with Kenilworth Arts Council;
• Art Commission Plan;
• Concept sketches and probable cost estimates for the Grant Application;
• Stakeholder meetings to prepare the grant application; and
• Peer review of the applications and advice on other required studies e.g. social needs analysis and cost benefit analysis.
